摘 要:目的探讨多点近视离焦眼镜联合低浓度阿托品对青少年近视度数的控制效果。方法选取100例青少年近视患者为研究对象,采用简单化随机表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组实施多点近视离焦眼镜治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合低浓度阿托品治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后眼睛屈光度及眼轴长度。结果与对照组(82.29%)比较,观察组总有效率(92.86%)明显更高(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组屈光度均大于本组治疗前,但观察组屈光度(-3.15±0.71)D小于对照组的(-3.43±0.78)D(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,两组眼轴长度均有所增加,但观察组眼轴长度(24.73±0.35)mm小于对照组的(24.88±0.58)mm(P<0.05)。结论多点近视离焦眼镜配合低浓度阿托品在青少年近视控制中的效果显著,可降低近视屈光度增加幅度,降低眼轴增长速度,从而有效控制近视,值得推广使用。Objective To explore the control effect of multi-point myopia defocusing glasses combined with low concentration atropine on myopia degree in adolescents.Methods A total of 100 adolescent patients with myopia were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group by simplified random table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with multi-point myopia defocusing glasses,and the observation group was combined with low concentration atropine treatment based on the control group.The treatment effect,diopter and axial length before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group(82.29%),the total effective rate of the observation group(92.86%)was significantly higher(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the diopter in both groups was greater than that before treatment,and the observation group had a smaller diopter of(-3.15±0.71)D than(-3.43±0.78)D in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the axial length in both groups increased,and the observation group had a shorter axial length of(24.73±0.35)mm than(24.88±0.58)mm in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-point myopic defocusing glasses combined with low concentration atropine have a significant effect on myopia control in adolescents,and can reduce the increase of myopic diopter and axial growth rate,so as to effectively control myopia.It is worth popularizing.
