中药穴位贴敷联合低频脉冲电刺激对人工流产术后患者盆腔血流动力学及子宫修复的影响

摘　　要：目的探究对人工流产术后患者以中药穴位贴敷联合低频脉冲电刺激进行治疗的有效性,并观察其对患者盆腔血流动力学及子宫修复的影响。方法选取进行人工流产术的患者66例,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例。对照组术后以低频脉冲电刺激进行治疗,观察组术后以中药穴位贴敷联合低频脉冲电刺激进行治疗。比较两组患者盆腔血流动力学指标、机体炎症水平、子宫内膜组织细胞因子表达水平、子宫修复情况、月经恢复指标。结果治疗后,两组左、右侧卵巢动脉阻力指数、搏动指数较治疗前均改善,且观察组左侧卵巢动脉阻力指数(0.72±0.08)、右侧卵巢动脉阻力指数(0.71±0.11)、左侧卵巢动脉搏动指数(0.77±0.16)、右侧卵巢动脉搏动指数(0.75±0.15)均优于对照组的(0.78±0.13)、(0.80±0.09)、(0.70±0.11)、(0.67±0.06),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平较治疗前均降低,且观察组IL-6(31.60±5.38)pg/ml、IL-8(115.09±17.32)pg/ml、CRP(3.16±0.80)mg/L低于对照组的(58.50±6.13)pg/ml、(132.73±21.91)pg/ml、(7.21±1.16)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者子宫内膜组织Smad2、Smad3水平较治疗前均改善,且观察组患者子宫内膜组织Smad2表达水平(0.98±0.31)、Smad3表达水平(1.03±0.37)均优于对照组的(1.35±0.10)、(1.75±0.51),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者子宫内膜厚度(7.56±1.07)mm、子宫体三径之和(15.50±3.08)cm均优于对照组(7.01±0.85)mm、(18.92±3.10)cm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者月经复潮时间(28.05±3.76)d、经血周期(5.29±1.07)d均短于对照组的(35.82±3.19)、(6.95±1.30)d,经血量(72.39±7.26)ml少于对照组的(79.41±6.50)ml,疼痛程度评分(3.12±0.63)分低于对照组的(5.70±0.58)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床对人工流产术后患者以中�Objective To explore the effectiveness of acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with low-frequency pulse electrical stimulation in patients after induced abortion,and observe its effects on pelvic hemodynamics and uterine repair.Methods 66 patients undergoing induced abortion were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation after surgery,and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of Chinese medicine combined with low frequency pulse electrical stimulation after surgery.The pelvic hemodynamic indicators,inflammation level,cytokines expression in endometrial tissue,uterine repair and menstrual recovery indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the resistance index and pulsatility index of the left and right ovarian arteries improved in both groups compared with before treatment;in the observation group,the resistance index of the left ovarian artery was(0.72±0.08),the resistance index of the right ovarian artery was(0.71±0.11),the pulsatility index of the left ovarian artery was(0.77±0.16),and the pulsatility index of the right ovarian artery was(0.75±0.15),which were better than(0.78±0.13),(0.80±0.09),(0.70±0.11),and(0.67±0.06)in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and C-reactive protein(CRP)in both groups were lower than those before treatment;the observation group had IL-6 of(31.60±5.38)pg/ml,IL-8 of(115.09±17.32)pg/ml,and CRP of(3.16±0.80)mg/L,which were lower than(58.50±6.13)pg/ml,(132.73±21.91)pg/ml,and(7.21±1.16)mg/L in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Smad2 and Smad3 in endometrial tissues of both groups were improved compared with before treatment;the expression levels of Smad2 and Smad3 in endometrial tissues of t
