自拟中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆治疗石淋的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆治疗石淋的临床效果。方法选取石淋患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组患者服用坦索罗辛联合耳穴压豆治疗,观察组患者使用自拟中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组患者的疼痛程度,结石排出情况(结石排出率、结石排出时间、结石位置移动度),治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者疼痛程度优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者的结石排出率为66.00%,高于对照组的36.00%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者结石排出时间(7.64±1.35)d短于对照组的(10.31±1.47)d,结石位置移动度(8.70±1.59)cm大于对照组的(5.62±1.19)cm,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率92.00%明显高于对照组的76.00%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率在统计学上无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论自拟中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆能够有效改善石淋患者的疼痛程度,提升结石排出率,缩短结石排出时间,与传统α受体阻滞剂坦索罗辛相比,促进石淋患者康复的效果更好,具有一定临床价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-formulated traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with ear acupoint pressing beans on urolithiasis.Methods 100 patients with urolithiasis were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random numerical table,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with tamsulosin combined with ear acupoint pressing beans,while the observation group was treated with self-formulated traditional Chinese medicine hot package combined with ear acupoint pressing beans.The pain severity,stone excretion(stone excretion rate,stone excretion time,stone position movement),therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain severity of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The stone excretion rate was 66.00%in the observation group,which was higher than 36.00%in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The observation group had shorter stone excretion time of(7.64±1.35)d than(10.31±1.47)d in the control group,and greater stone position movement of(8.70±1.59)cm than(5.62±1.19)cm in the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 92.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-formulated traditional Chinese medicine hot package and ear acupoint pressing beans can effectively relieve the pain severity of urolithiasis patients,increase the stone excretion rate,and shorten the stone excretion time.Compared with the traditionalα-blocker tamsulosin,it is more effective in promoting the recovery of urolithiasis patients and has certain clinical value.
