摘　　要：目的分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院中药注射剂的使用情况和变化趋势,为临床合理用药和药品管理提供参考。方法回顾性分析2019—2023年医院中药注射剂用药数据,如销售金额、用药频度、日均费用(DDC)及排序比(B/A)等药物指标。结果河南中医药大学第一附属医院2019—2023年中药注射剂的销售金额呈整体升高趋势,但在中成药总销售金额的占比逐年降低,2022年受公共卫生事件影响降幅较大。5 a内销售金额排在前5名的分别为祛瘀剂、肿瘤用药、清热剂、扶正剂、祛湿剂。祛瘀剂舒血宁注射液、注射用丹参多酚酸盐和清热剂痰热清注射液的用药频度及其日均费用,连续5 a均位居前10名。注射用血栓通(冻干)、注射用丹参多酚酸盐的B/A大于1.00。结论通过分析河南中医药大学第一附属医院2019—2023年中药注射剂的使用情况,发现中药注射剂的使用基本合理,一些不合理使用现象经过相关措施干预后,有较大改善,但个别药物仍需加强管理。Objective To analyze the use and changing trends of Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine,and to provide reference for rational clinical use and drug management.Methods Retrospective analysis of medication data for Chinese medicine injections in hospital from 2019 to 2023,including drug indicators such as sales amount,medication frequency,daily average cost,and ranking ratio(B/A).Results The sales amount of Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine showed an overall increasing trend from 2019 to 2023,but the proportion in the total sales amount of Chinese patent medicines decreased year by year,and the decline was significant in 2022 due to the public health event.The top five in sales amount within five years were blood stasis-removing agents,anti-tumor drugs,heat-clearing agents,tonifying agents,and dampness-removing agents.The defined daily dose frequency and daily drug cost(DDC)of Shuxuening injection and Salvianolate for injection of blood stasis-removing agents,and Tanreqing injection of heat-clearing agents were in the top 10 for five consecutive years.The B/A of Xueshuantong injection(lyophilized)and Salvianolate for injection was greater than 1.00.Conclusion By analyzing the use of Chinese medicine injections in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from 2019 to 2023,it is found that the use of Chinese medicine injections is basically reasonable,and some irrational use phenomena have been greatly improved after the intervention of relevant measures,but individual drugs still need to be strengthened management.
