基于关联规则分析茯苓配伍用药规律

摘　　要：目的探讨茯苓成方制剂的配伍规律。方法以“茯苓”为关键词,摘录2020版《中国药典》一部中收录的含茯苓的成方制剂,采用Excel统计相关指标的频次;使用IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0中Apriori关联规则算法挖掘药入茯苓成方制剂181首,常用于肺系、脾系和心系疾病的治疗;生殖类疾病中主要用于女性生殖物的配伍关系。对高频次药物使用数据可视化网络图的方式展示药物之间的关系。结果气血津液类疾病主要用于虚劳的治疗;小儿科疾病中主要用于小儿杂病的治疗;头身形体类病中主要用于痹症的治疗;外感类疾病中主要用于外感时令疾病的治疗等。与茯苓配伍的高频中药有甘草、白术、陈皮、当归、熟地黄等。高频中药关联规则分析显示,支持度较高的药物组合有茯苓-甘草、茯苓-白术、茯苓-陈皮等;3味药组合中茯苓-当归-白术、茯苓-陈皮-白术、茯苓-白芍-当归、茯苓-甘草-陈皮的支持度最高;4味药组合中茯苓-白芍-当归-白术、茯苓-川芎-熟地黄-当归、茯苓-白芍-熟地黄-当归的支持度最高。结论通过对茯苓成方制剂配伍规律及应用进行研究,揭示茯苓配伍的成方规律,为茯苓的深入研究提供新模式。Objective To explore the compatibility rules of Poria formula preparations.Methods Using“Poria”as the keyword,extract the formulations containing Poria included in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and use Excel to calculate the frequency of relevant indicators.Using the Apriori association rule algorithm in IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 to mine 181 medicinal formulations of Poria,commonly used for the treatment of lung,spleen,and heart diseases.In reproductive diseases,it was mainly used for the compatibility relationship of female reproductive products.Visualize the network diagram of high-frequency drug use data to display the correlation between drugs.Results The diseases in the category of Qi,blood and fluid were mainly used in the treatment of deficiency and labor.The diseases in the category of pediatrics were mainly used in the treatment of pediatric miscellaneous diseases.The diseases in the category of head,body and form were mainly used in the treatment of paralysis.The diseases in the category of externals were mainly used in the treatment of externally-induced seasonal diseases,and so on.The high-frequency Chinese medicines paired with Poria include licorice,atractylodes,Chenpi,Chinese angelica sinensis,prepared rehmannia root,etc.The analysis of the association rules of high-frequency Chinese medicines shows that the two-drug combinations with higher support were Poria-licorice,Poria-atractylodes,Poria-Chenpi,etc.The three-drug combinations of Poria-Atractylodes,Poria-Chenpi-Atractylodes,Poria-debark peony root-Chinese angelica,and Poria-licorice-Chenpi are most highly supported;and the four-drug combinations of Poria-debark peony root-Chinese angelica-atractylodes,Poria-Chuanxiong-prepared rehmannia root-Chinese angelica,Poria-debark peony root-prepared rehmannia root-Chinese angelica had the highest support.Conclusion Through the research on the pattern and application of the compounding of Poria formula preparations,the pattern of Poria compounding was revealed to provide a new model for
