摘　　要：目的 探讨心理干预对大面积烧伤患者躯体不适、心理弹性及睡眠质量的影响。方法 将64例大面积烧伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各32例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予心理干预。干预前后,采用数字疼痛强度量表(NRS)、四项目瘙痒量表(FIIQ)、中文版心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)和简明烧伤健康量表(BSHS-A)评估两组患者疼痛、瘙痒情况、心理弹性、睡眠质量和生活质量。结果 干预后两组患者NRS、FIIQ评分及PSQI各维度评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后两组患者CD-RISC及BSHS-A各维度评分较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 心理干预应用于大面积烧伤患者疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on physical discomfort,psychological resilience and sleep quality in patients with extensive burns.Methods Sixty-four patients with extensive burns were randomly divided into observation and control group,with 32 cases in each.Controls received routine treatment and observation group did psychological intervention on the basis of controls.Before and after intervention,the Numeric Rating Scale(NRS),Four-Item Itch Questionnaire(FIIQ),Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)and Abbreviated Burn Specific Health Scale(BSHS-A)were used to assess pain,itching,psychological resilience,sleep quality and quality of life for both groups,respectively.Results After intervention,the NRS and FIIQ scores as well as all dimensions scores of the PSQI lowered in both groups compared with pre-intervention and those were lower in observation than control group(P<0.01);all dimensions scores of both the CD-RISC and BSHS-A in both groups elevated and those were higher in observation than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention is effective in patients with extensive burns and worthy of clinical promotion.
