中医健康教育联合针对性饮食干预对糜烂性胃炎患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医健康教育联合针对性饮食干预应用于糜烂性胃炎患者的疗效。方法 将86例糜烂性胃炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者采用常规干预,观察组患者在对照组基础上采用中医健康教育联合针对性饮食干预。比较两组患者健康知识掌握情况、营养指标[血清总蛋白(TP)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白蛋白(Alb)水平]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分]、日常生活能力[Barthel指数(BI)评分]、心理状态[抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]和满意度。结果 干预后,两组患者血清TP、Hb、Alb水平以及BI评分和健康知识掌握率较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);两组患者PSQI、SDS、SAS评分较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者总满意率高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 中医健康教育联合针对性饮食干预应用于糜烂性胃炎患者效果良好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of TCM health education plus targeted dietary intervention in patients with erosive gastritis.Methods Eighty-six erosive gastritis patients were divided into observation and control group according to random number table method,with 43 ones in each.Controls received conventional intervention and observation group did TCM health education plus targeted dietary intervention on the basis of controls.Such indexes were compared between two groups as the mastery of health knowledge,nutritional indicators(total protein[TP],hemoglobin[Hb],albumin[Alb])levels,sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index[PSQI]score),activity of daily living(Barthel Index[BI]),psychological status(Self-rating Depression Scale[SDS]and Self-rating Anxiety Scale[SAS]scores),and satisfaction.Results After intervention,serum TP,Hb and Alb levels,BI scores and the master rate of health knowledge elevated in both groups compared with pre-intervention and those were higher in observation than control group(P<0.05 or 0.01);PSQI,SDS and SAS scores of both groups lowered and those were lower in observation than control group(P<0.01);total satisfaction rate was higher in observation than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM health education plus targeted dietary intervention has a good effect in erosive gastritis patients and is worthy of clinical promotion.
