摘  要:文章介绍了工业一氧化碳(CO)废气的来源、排放标准、危害、安全风险和CO气体的用途。结合蓄热式热氧化炉(RTO)的基本结构和工作原理以及某催化剂生产装置CO废气处理的应用实践,详细阐述了将CO废气引入RTO作为补充燃料气焚烧处理其他装置有机废气的方法,为CO废气的处理及达标排放提供了新的思路。此外,还探讨了利用RTO设备处理CO废气的安全措施。这些安全措施的成功应用可为RTO装置的安全稳定运行提供借鉴,在石油化工行业具有推广价值。最后,对CO废气处理技术的发展提出了建议。This paper introduces the sources,emission standards,hazards,safety risks of industrial carbon monoxide(CO)waste gas and uses of CO gas.Combining with the basic structure and working principles of regenerative thermal oxidizer(RTO)and the application practice of CO exhaust gas treatment in a catalyst production plant,it elaborates the method of introducing CO exhaust gas into RTO as supplementary fuel gas to incinerate and treat organic waste gas from other plants,which provides a new idea for the treatment and discharge of CO waste gas up to standard.In addition,the paper also discusses the safety measures for treating CO waste gas by RTO equipment.The successful application of these safety measures can provide reference for the safe and stable operation of the RTO equipment and is worth popularizing in petrochemical industry.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the development of CO waste gas treatment technology.
