摘　　要：裂解炉汽包作为乙烯装置关键设备,其更换的施工质量对乙烯装置的长周期运行具有重要影响。文章介绍了某石化公司110万t/a乙烯装置裂解炉汽包更换的施工方法和注意事项,对施工过程中关键质量控制点和质量控制措施展开了详细阐述和重点分析,并对施工过程中的经验进行了总结,形成了标准化作业程序,可为今后乙烯装置更换裂解炉汽包提供经验和参考的依据。The steam drum of cracking furnace is critical equipment of the ethylene plant,and its replacement construction quality has an important impact on the long term operation of the ethylene plant.This paper introduces the construction methods and precautions for the replacement of the steam drum of cracking furnace in the 1.1 million t/a ethylene plant of certain company.It expatiates on the key quality control points and quality control measures during the construction process and analyzes these in detail.The paper also summarizes the experience from the construction process.Standardized operating procedures have been developed.These can provide a basis for experience and reference for the replacement of cracking furnace steam drum of ethylene plant in future.
