摘  要:含有Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、Na_(2)O组元的赤泥基熔剂对传统的炼钢渣系具有显著的助熔作用,研究炼钢炉渣中石灰的溶解机理及影响其溶解速率的因素,对促进炼钢中无氟熔剂的发展有很大意义。本实验采用圆柱旋转法测定了石灰在含Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、Na_(2)O的炼钢渣系中的溶解速率,对其熔化过程矿相变化进行分析论证。结果表明,在1400℃时,石灰溶解的促进系数按Na_(2)O>TiO_(2)>Al_(2)O_(3)的顺序下降,添加10%的Na_(2)O能使石灰溶解的促进系数提高7倍。此外文章探究了Al_(2)O_(3)、TiO_(2)、Na_(2)O对CaO在熔渣中的扩散以及边界层上石灰分解反应的影响,阐明了该条件下石灰的溶解机理。发现同时包含Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)/Na_(2)O的赤泥基熔剂可以作为合适的炼钢熔剂。A red mud-based flux containing Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and Na_(2)O constituents exhibits a pronounced fluxenhancing effect on traditional steelmaking slag systems.Therefore,the research on the dissolution mechanism of lime in steelmaking slag and the factors influencing its dissolution rate is significant in advancing the development of fluoride-free fluxes in steelmaking.In this experiment,the dissolution rate of lime in steelmaking slag containing Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and Na_(2)O was measured using the cylindrical rotation method,and analysis and demonstration of mineral phase changes during its melting process was conducted.The results indicates that the promotion coefficient for lime dissolution at 1400℃ decreases in the order of Na_(2)O>TiO_(2)>Al_(2)O_(3),and adding 10%Na_(2)O can increase the promotion coefficient for lime dissolution by a factor of seven.Furthermore,this paper explores the effects of Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and Na_(2)O on the diffusion of CaO in the slag and the lime decomposition reaction at the boundary layer,elucidating the dissolution mechanism of lime under these conditions.The concurrent presence of Al_(2)O_(3)/TiO_(2)/Na_(2)O in red mud-based flux has been identified as a suitable steelmaking flux.
