摘  要:本文针对现有的标准总铬测定方法进行了部分的改进,利用过硫酸钠在碱性及高温高压下对水中总铬进行氧化,将水样中的总铬全部氧化为六价铬,接着加入二苯碳酰二肼显色剂,使用分光光度计测量吸光度而计算出水中总铬浓度。校准曲线相关系数R2=0.9998,检出限为0.01 mg/L,测定总铬的线性范围为0.01~1.00 mg/L。本方法步骤较为简单,数据重现性较高,可应用于地表水重金属总铬的测定。This paper presents a partial improvement to the existing standard method for the determination of total chromium.By utilising sodium persulfate to oxidise total chromium in water under alkaline conditions and at high temperature and pressure,all total chromium in the water sample is converted to hexavalent chromium.Subsequently,diphenylcarbazide is added as a colour-developing agent,and the absorbance is measured using a spectrophotometer to calculate the concentration of total chromium in the water.The calibration curve exhibits a correlation coefficient(R2)of 0.9998,with a detection limit of 0.01 mg/L and a linear range for total chromium determination of 0.01 to 1.00 mg/L.This method is relatively straightforward and demonstrates high data reproducibility,making it suitable for the determination of total chromium in surface water heavy metals.
