京密引水渠北台上管段水环境现状分析及治理措施

摘　　要：京密引水渠是首都市区的重要生活供水路线,扮演着重要的水资源储备角色。本文针对京密引水渠北台上管段的水环境现状问题进行分析,主要包括乱扔垃圾、倾倒渣土杂物、违法涉水行为、杨柳飞絮问题、水质与水生物,以及应急突发事件。针对这些问题,需要针对具体情况分析相应的治理措施,以更好地推进京密引水渠水环境保护工作,确保首都的供水主动脉具备高水质和安全的水环境。The Jingmi Water Diversion Canal is an important domestic water supply route in the capital city,playing an important role in water resource reserves.This paper analyses the current water environment issues in the Beitaishang section of the Jingmi Diversion Canal,which primarily include littering,dumping of debris and waste,illegal water-related activities,issues with willow and poplar catkins,water quality and aquatic life,as well as emergency incidents.To address these issues,it is necessary to analyze corresponding governance measures based on specific situations,in order to better advance the protection of the water environment in the Jingmi Diversion Canal and ensure that the capital's main water supply artery maintains high water quality and a safe water environment.
