摘　　要：为了探讨环境噪声监测与管理的法律与技术,本研究以国内相关法律法规为基础,结合噪声监测技术的发展趋势,对环境噪声的定义、分类以及监测管理要求进行了深入分析。通过对噪声治理技术的概述和实践案例分析,展望了环境噪声管理技术的未来发展方向。结合法律法规与技术手段的结合方式,通过案例分析与比较,总结出实践经验与启示。研究结果表明,法律与技术相结合的环境噪声监测与管理实践能有效提升环境质量,为环境保护工作提供重要参考。To explore the laws and technologies related to environmental noise monitoring and management,this study is grounded in relevant domestic legislation and regulations,while also taking into account the developmental trends in noise monitoring technology.It conducts an in-depth analysis of the definition,classification,and monitoring management requirements of environmental noise.Through an overview of noise control technologies and the analysis of practical case studies,the future direction of environmental noise management technology is anticipated.By examining the integration of legal frameworks with technological methods,and through case analysis and comparison,practical experiences and insights are summarised.The research findings demonstrate that the practice of environmental noise monitoring and management,which combines legal and technological approaches,can effectively enhance environmental quality,providing a significant reference for environmental protection efforts.
