基于护理程序的整体护理模式干预对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者负性情绪及不良反应的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析基于护理程序的整体护理模式干预对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者的干预效果。方法:回顾性选取新乡市中心医院东区医院五官整形美容科2023年1月至2024年1月128例慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者,1:1匹配设计按护理方法不同分为护理程序组(n=64)、对照组(n=64),对照组行常规护理,护理程序组在此基础上实施基于护理程序的整体护理模式干预。比较两组不良反应、负性情绪[心理状态症状自评量表(SCL-90)]、治疗依从性、生活质量[中文版鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)量表]。结果:护理程序组不良反应发生率为3.13%低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05);干预后,护理程序组SCL-90、SNOT-20评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,护理程序组治疗依从性评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术患者实施基于护理程序的整体护理模式干预,能改善不良反应、负性情绪,提高治疗依从性、生活质量。Objective:To retrospectively analyze the intervention effect of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure on patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods:A total of 128 patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery in the Department of Facial Plastic Surgery and Cosmetology,East Hospital of Xinxiang Central Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were collected.These patients were divided into nursing procedure group(n=64)and control group(n=64)using a 1:1 matching design based on different nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,while the nursing procedure group received holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure in addition to routine nursing.Adverse reactions,negative emotions[self-reporting inventory-90(SCL-90)],treatment compliance,and quality of life[Chinese version of the sino-nasal outcome test-20(SNOT-20)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the nursing procedure group 3.13%was lower than that in the control group 12.50%(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of SCL-90 and SNOT-20 in the nursing procedure group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the scores of treatment compliance for the nursing procedure group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of holistic nursing intervention based on nursing procedure for patients with chronic sinusitis undergoing nasal endoscopic surgery can lead to reduced adverse reactions,negative emotions,enhanced treatment compliance and improved quality of life.
