摘 要:目的:探讨和分析在急性胰腺炎患者中知信行教育模式对其饮食依从性的影响。方法:选取2021年4月至2022年9月南昌大学第一附属医院住院治疗的急性胰腺炎患者100例做研究,随机分为两组。对照组常规健康教育,试验组经知信行教育模式进行健康教育,对比两组饮食依从性、护理满意度、健康信念、疾病知晓和生活质量改善情况。结果:试验组的精神评分、支持评分、健康评分、日常生活评分、活动评分等都高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的饮食总依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的护理满意度、健康信念合格率、疾病知晓合格率等都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对急性胰腺炎患者实施知信行教育模式可提高其饮食依从性,改善生活质量,在提升患者健康信念合格率、疾病知晓合格率的同时,护理服务满意度亦得以提升。Objective:To explore and analyze the impact of the Knowledge-Attitude-Practice education model on dietary compliance among patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:100 patients with acute pancreatitis who were hospitalized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University between April 2021 and September 2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine health education,while the experimental group received health education through Knowledge-Attitude-Practice education model.The dietary compliance,nursing satisfaction,health beliefs,disease awareness and quality of life improvements were compared between the two groups.Results:The mental health score,support score,health score,daily living score and activity score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall dietary compliance in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction,qualification rate of health beliefs and qualification rate of disease awareness in the experimental group were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knowledge-Attitude-Practice education model for patients with acute pancreatitis can improve their dietary compliance and quality of life.It also enhances the qualification rates of health beliefs and disease awareness among patients,while simultaneously increasing satisfaction with nursing services.
