摘　　要：目的:探究PDCA循环管理在甲状腺肿瘤患者优质护理中的应用效果。方法:回顾性选取2022年3月至2024年3月平煤神马医疗集团总医院甲状腺肿瘤病区护理的194例患者作为研究对象,对照组95例为常规护理,观察组99例为PDCA管理的优质护理。比较两组患者对护理效果的评估情况,并分析并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者对护理人员护理效果的各维度评分均显著高于对照组患者的评分(P<0.05),且观察组患者咽痛、头痛、呕吐及切口出血发生率均显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:PDCA循环管理应用在甲状腺肿瘤患者的优质化护理中,可显著提高护理人员综合素质,并减少并发症。Objective:To explore the application effect of PDCA cycle management in high-quality nursing for thyroid tumor patients.Methods:A retrospective selection was made of 194 patients receiving nursing care in the thyroid tumor ward of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group General Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024.The control group(95 patients)received routine nursing,while the observation group(99 patients)received high-quality nursing with PDCA management.The assessment of nursing effectiveness by patients in the two groups was compared,and the occurrence of complications was analyzed.Results:The scores of various dimensions of nursing effectiveness by nurses in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidence rates of sore throat,headache,vomiting and incision bleeding in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA cycle management in high-quality nursing for thyroid tumor patients can significantly improve the overall quality of nurses and reduce complications.
