摘　　要：目的观察香砂六君丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的干预效果。方法将40只大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、阳性组和治疗组,每组10只。采用2,4,6-三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)/乙醇灌肠法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型。阳性组和治疗组分别灌胃柳氮磺吡啶(420 mg/kg)和香砂六君丸(1.4 g/kg),空白组和模型组灌胃等量生理盐水。连续给药7 d,评估并比较大鼠的疾病活动指数(DAI)、结肠黏膜损伤指数(CMDI)和组织学损伤评分(HS)。结果治疗组给药后第4~7天的DAI评分均低于本组给药后第1天,给药后第3~7天的DAI评分均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。末次给药后,治疗组的CMDI、HS评分均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君丸对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠的有较好的治疗效果,值得推广临床应用。Objective To observe the intervention effect of Xiangsha Liujun Pills on ulcerative colitis rats.Methods Forty rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,positive group and treatment group,with 10 rats in each group.The ulcerative colitis model was established by 2,4,6-trinitro-benzenesulfonic acid(TNBS)/ethanol enema.The positive group and the treatment group were gavaged with Sulfasalazine(420 mg/kg)and Xiangsha Liujun Pills(1.4 g/kg),respectively.The blank group and the model group were gavaged with the same amount of normal saline.After 7 days of continuous administration,the disease activity index(DAI),colonmucosa damage index(CMDI)and histopathological score(HS)were evaluated and compared.Results The DAI scores of the treatment group from the 4th to 7th day after administration were lower than those on the 1st day after administration,and the DAI scores of the treatment group from the 3rd to 7th day after administration were lower than those of the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the last administration,the CMDI and HS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the model group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangsha Liujun Pills has a good therapeutic effect on rats with ulcerative colitis,which is worthy of clinical application.
