摘　　要：目的分析体外冲击波联合仰头推正法治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年4月赣州市中医院收治的60例神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。对照组行常规针刺治疗,治疗组行体外冲击波联合仰头推正法治疗,比较两组患者的颈肩部功能、治疗效果、疼痛程度。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论体外冲击波联合仰头推正法治疗方式的开展,改善了神经根型颈椎病患者的颈肩部功能,降低了疼痛程度,治疗效果显著。Objective To analyze the effect of extracorporeal shockwave combined with head up pushing method in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated in Ganzhou Hospital of TCM from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and treatment group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,and the treatment group received extracorporeal shockwave therapy combined with the head up pushing method.The neck and shoulder function,treatment effect and pain degree of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the neck disability index(NDI)and visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of extracorporeal shockwave and head up pushing method can improve the function of the neck and shoulder of the patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,reduce the degree of pain,and the therapeutic effect is remarkable.
