摘　　要：目的观察自拟养血祛风方加减治疗儿童慢性荨麻疹(CU)的临床效果以及不良反应。方法选取2022年2月至2023年9月江西省儿童医院50例CU患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组予盐酸左西替利嗪口服液治疗,观察组予自拟养血祛风方加减治疗,两组患儿均治疗6周。观察两组患儿临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,治疗结束1个月后随访其复发情况。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的慢性荨麻疹评分(CUS)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟养血祛风方加减治疗儿童CU安全且效果显著,尤其能够降低其复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect and side effects of self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription on chronic urticaria(CU)in children.Methods Fifty children with CU in Jiangxi Provincial Children's Hospital from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Levocetirizine Dihydrochloride Oral Liquid,and the observation group was treated with self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed,and the recurrence rate was followed up 1 month after the end of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The chronic urticaria scale(CUS)score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Self-designed Yangxue Qufeng Prescription is safe and effective in the treatment of CU in children,especially in reducing the recurrence rate.
