复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏联合香菊片治疗黎氏区黏膜糜烂的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏联合香菊片治疗黎氏区黏膜糜烂的临床效果。方法选取2023年1月至12月赣南医科大学附属兴国医院收治的60例黎氏区黏膜糜烂患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(30例)和治疗组(30例)。对照组使用红霉素眼膏联合香菊片治疗,治疗组使用复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏联合香菊片治疗,比较两组治疗前后鼻腔症状积分、鼻腔黎氏区黏膜糜烂程度、治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组症状体征评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组症状体征评分低于本组治疗前,治疗组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组鼻腔黎氏区黏膜糜烂程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组鼻腔黎氏区黏膜糜烂程度低于本组治疗前,治疗组糜烂程度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方木芙蓉涂鼻膏联合香菊片在治疗黎氏区黏膜糜烂方面具有较好的临床疗效,能降低患者症状、体征积分,减轻糜烂程度,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore the clinical offect of Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment combined with Xiangju Tablets in the treatment of mucosal erosion in Little's area.Methods A total of 60 patients with mucosal erosion in Little's area admitted to Xingguo Hospital Affiliated to Gannan Medical University from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(30 cases)and treatment group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Erythromycin Eye Cream combined with Xiangju Tablets,and the treatment group was treated with Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment combined with Xiangju Tablets.The score of nasal symptoms,the degree of mucosal erosion in Little's area of nasal cavity and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in symptom and sign scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom and sign scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores of treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of mucosal erosion between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of mucosal erosion in Little's area of nasal cavity of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the degree of treatment group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Mufurong Nasal Ointment combined with Xiangju Tablets has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of Little's area mucosal erosion,which can reduce the score of symptoms and signs of patients and reduce the degree of erosion,and is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice.
