中医护理联合康复训练对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的探究中医护理联合康复训练对儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月赣州市妇幼保健院收治的62例肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能障碍患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与观察组(31例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中医护理联合康复训练。比较两组患儿康复依从性、肘关节活动度、肘关节功能及生活质量。结果观察组护理方案接受度、康复训练主动参与度、康复效果改善度、康复训练持续和稳定性均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)中吃饭、穿衣、洗漱、行走、如厕评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肘关节活动度中屈伸、旋前、旋后测量值均高于对照组,且Mayo肘关节功能各项评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对肱骨髁上骨折术后肘关节功能障碍的患儿,采取中医护理联合康复训练有助于提高患儿的康复依从性,并改善其关节功能,进而提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with rehabilitation training on elbow joint dysfunction after humeral supracondylar fracture surgery in children.Methods A total of 62 children with elbow joint dysfunction after humeral supracondylar fracture surgery admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the observation group(31 cases)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation compliance,elbow joint motion,elbow joint function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The acceptance of nursing plan,active participation in rehabilitation training,improvement degree of rehabilitation effect,continuity and stability of rehabilitation training scores of nursing in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The scores of eating,dressing,washing,walking and going to the toilet in the activities of daily living(ADL)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The measurement values of flexion and extension,pronation and supination of elbow joint motion in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the scores and total scores of Mayo elbow joint function were higher than those in control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion For the children with elbow joint dysfunction after humeral supracondylar fracture surgery,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and rehabilitation training is helpful to improve the rehabilitation compliance of the children,improve their joint function,and improve their quality of life.
