摘　　要：【目的】评价中文版抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(depression,anxiety and stress scale,DASS-42)在肥胖青少年中的信效度。【方法】采取随机抽样的方法,选取2024年1月至9月在本院营养门诊就诊的120名肥胖青少年,采用中文版DASS-42评估肥胖青少年抑郁、焦虑或压力情绪,2周后随机选取20名重新进行评估。【结果】中文版DASS-42的抑郁、焦虑、压力3个维度的Cronbach'sα系数分别为0.966、0.974、0.974,量表的重测信度为0.891。验证性因素分析:中文版DASS-42的各项拟合指数良好(χ^(2)/df=3.048,CFI=0.988,TLI=0.980,RMSEA=0.058,SRMR=0.009)。【结论】中文版DASS-42在青少年肥胖患者中具有良好的信效度,可以作为抑郁、焦虑、压力相关的评估工具。【Objective】To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of depression,anxiety and stress scale(DASS-42)in obese adolescents.【Methods】A convenient sampling method was adopted to select 120 obese adolescents who visited the nutrition clinic of our hospital from January to September 2024.The Chinese version of DASS-42 was used to assess the depression,anxiety or stress of obese adolescents.20 adolescents were randomly selected for re-evaluation 2 weeks later.【Results】The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of depression,anxiety and stress in Chinese version of DASS-42 were 0.966,0.974 and 0.974,respectively,and the retest reliability of the scale was 0.891.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the Chinese version of DASS-42 had a good fit index(χ^(2)/df=3.048,CFI=0.988,TLI=0.980,RMSEA=0.058,SRMR=0.009).【Conclusion】The Chinese version of DASS-42 has good reliability and validity in adolescent obese patients,and can be used as an evaluation tool related to depression,anxiety and stress.
