蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液联合营养保健在NIDA患儿治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：【目的】探讨蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液联合营养保健干预措施在营养性缺铁性贫血(NIDA)患儿治疗中的临床效果。【方法】选取2020年6月至2023年6月陕西省安康市中心医院收治的82例NIDA患儿,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。两组均给予营养保健干预措施,对照组同时给予硫酸亚铁片,观察组同时给予蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液,比较两组患者血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC),比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生率。【结果】治疗前,两组患儿Hb、RBC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Hb、RBC均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为92.68%(38/41),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】蛋白琥珀酸铁口服溶液联合营养保健干预措施治疗NIDA患儿临床疗效较好,安全性高,值得推广。【Objective】To investigate the clinical effect of iron protein succinate oral solution combined with nutritional health intervention in the treatment of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia(NIDA).【Methods】A total of 82 children with NIDA treated in the Ankang Central Hospital of Shaanxi Province from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were given nutrition and health care interventions,the control group was given ferrous sulfate tablets,and the observation group was given iron protein succinate oral solution.Hemoglobin(Hb)and red blood cell count(RBC)were compared between the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.【Results】Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Hb and RBC levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Hb and RBC levels in 2 groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%(38/41),higher than that of the control group 75.61%(31/41),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.479,P<0.05).There was statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Iron protein succinate oral solution combined with nutritional intervention in the treatment of children with NIDA has good clinical efficacy and high safety,and is worthy of promotion.
