摘 要:传统急救模式受制于信息孤岛、资源调度效率低下、院前急救信息缺失等瓶颈,难以满足日益增长的急救需求。5G技术凭借高带宽、低时延、大连接等特性,为智慧急救的发展提供了新的机遇。本文深入探讨了基于5G技术的智慧急救平台架构,分析了平台的整体框架、功能模块、典型应用场景和5G核心子系统建设方案,并以无锡市应用案例为例,阐述了5G技术在提升急救效率、优化急救流程、提高救治成功率等方面的显著优势,为未来智慧急救体系的构建提供了参考。Traditional emergency medical service(EMS)models are constrained by limitations such as information silos,inefficient resource allocation,and the lack of pre-hospital patient data,rendering them inadequate to meet the escalating demands for emergency care.The advent of 5G technology,characterized by high bandwidth,low latency,and massive connectivity,presents novel opportunities for the advancement of intelligent EMS.This paper explores the architecture of an intelligent EMS platform based on 5G technology,analyzing its overall framework,functional modules,typical application scenarios,and the construction plan for its 5G core subsystems.Furthermore,using a case study from Wuxi City,it elucidates the significant advantages of 5G technology in improving emergency response efficiency,optimizing treatment processes,and enhancing survival rates.Thesefindings offer valuable insights for the future development of intelligent emergency medical systems.
