摘  要:通信智能化系统中的射频信号调度与功率管理是提升系统性能的关键技术。本文研究了采用动态频谱分配算法和自适应功率控制方法,结合深度强化学习技术,实现信道资源的智能化分配。仿真结果表明,所提出的技术在系统吞吐量、能量效率和用户体验方面均有显著提升。与传统方法相比,系统吞吐量提高20%,能量效率提升35%,第5百分位用户速率增加40%。该技术为下一代通信系统的智能化设计提供新的思路,对提升系统整体性能具有重要意义。RF signal scheduling and power management in intelligent communication system are the key technologies to improve system performance.In this paper,the dynamic spectrum allocation algorithm and adaptive power control method combined with deep reinforcement learning technology are used to realize the intelligent allocation of channel resources.Simulation results show that the proposed technology has significant improvements in system throughput,energy efficiency and user experience.Compared to traditional methods,system throughput is improved by 20%,energy efficiency is improved by 35%,and the 5th percentile user rate is increased by 40%.This technology provides a new idea for the intelligent design of the next generation communication system,and is of great significance to improve the overall performance of the system.
