摘　　要：随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,算力已成为新的基础能源,直接影响着数字经济发展的速度,决定了社会智能化的高度。本文从智算中心独特的架构出发,分析智算中心面临的运维挑战,深入探讨如何构建卓越的智算中心运维体系,并总结出组织架构、人才培养、运维管理、交付服务及支撑平台全维度规范,旨在构建一个高效、安全、可靠的智算中心卓越运维体系,推动数字经济发展、助力智慧城市建设。As the digital economy continues to flourish,computing power has emerged as a critical foundational resource,significantly influencing the growth speed of the digital economy,and determining the height of societal intelligence.This study,grounded on the distinctive architecture of computing power,examines the operation and maintenance challenges confronting intelligent computing centers.It further explores strategies for establishing an exemplary operation and maintenance system and proposes a comprehensive framework encompassing organizational structure,talent development,operation management,service delivery,and supporting platforms.The research aims at constructing an efficient,secure,and reliable operational framework for intelligent computing centers,thereby fostering the evolution of the digital economy and facilitating the development of smart cities.
