摘　　要：本研究以FTTR安装竣工率为主线,聚焦于IPA在通信领域的应用。通过深入分析FTTR安装竣工率寻找关键控制点,总结出FTTR安装竣工率提升管理中的痛点。通过IPA机器人与FTTR安装竣工率管理传统措施的整合,揭示IPA技术在提升FTTR安装竣工率效率、减少错误等方面的积极作用及其推广价值。This study focuses on the theme of FTTR installation completion rates,concentrating on the application of IPA in the communicationsfield.By conducting an in-depth analysis of the key control points for improving FTTR installation completion rates,the study identifies the pain points in the management of FTTR installation completion rates.Through the integration of IPA robots with traditional measures for managing FTTR installation completion rates,the study reveals the positive role of IPA technology in enhancing the efficiency of FTTR installation completion rates and reducing errors,as well as its value for promotion.
