强脉冲光联合壬二酸治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及对皮肤生理功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究强脉冲光(IPL)联合壬二酸治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床效果及对其皮肤生理功能的影响。方法选择2022年7月至2023年6月于郑州壹加壹医疗美容医院就诊的玫瑰痤疮患者134例,按治疗方法不同分成观察组和对照组,每组67例。对照组患者采用盐酸多西环素联合壬二酸治疗,观察组患者采用IPL联合壬二酸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率、治疗前后的皮损评分、皮肤生理功能、皮肤病生活质量评分(DLQI)等指标。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率为89.55%,高于对照组的74.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的皮损评分、经表皮水分流失量及DLQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的皮脂含量、角质层含水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论IPL联合壬二酸治疗玫瑰痤疮具有良好疗效,可改善患者皮肤生理功能,提高其生活质量。Objective Exploring the therapeutic effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with azelaic acid on rosacea and its impact on skin physiological function.Methods A total of 134 patients with rosacea admitted to the hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group between July 2022 to June 2023,67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with doxycycline hydrochloride combined with azelaic acid,while the observation group was treated with IPL combined with azelaic acid.Compare the clinical effificacy and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups,and compare the skin lesion scores,skin physiological functions,and dermatology quality of life index(DLQI)before and after treatment between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 89.55%,which was higher than the control group's 74.63%,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);After treatment,the skin lesion scores,transepidermal water loss and DLQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The sebum content and stratum corneum water content of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05);There was no statistically signifificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusions IPL combined with azelaic acid has a good therapeutic effect on rosacea,which can improve the physiological function of the patient's skin and enhance their quality of life.
