二氧化碳点阵激光联合卤米松乳膏外涂序贯治疗痤疮萎缩性瘢痕的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究给予二氧化碳(CO_(2))点阵激光联合卤米松乳膏外涂序贯治疗干预痤疮萎缩性瘢痕(AAS)的效果。方法选取2022年4至2024年4月南阳市第二人民医院收治的106例痤疮萎缩性瘢痕患者作为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组,观察组患者52例,采用CO_(2)点阵激光联合卤米松乳膏外涂序贯治疗,对照组患者54例,采用CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效、痤疮瘢痕权重评分(ECCA)、瘢痕面积及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者ECCA评分及瘢痕面积比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组患者总有效率(86.54%)高于对照组(68.52%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者ECCA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者瘢痕面积小于对照组,不良反应发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(20.07%),上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CO_(2)点阵激光联合卤米松乳膏外涂序贯治疗AAS效果显著,可减少瘢痕面积且治疗安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of fractional CO_(2) laser combined with halometasone cream on acne atrophic scar(AAS).Methods A total of 106 patients with acne atrophic scars admitted to Nanyang Second People's Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group.52 patients in the observation group were treated with fractional CO_(2) laser combined with halometasone cream,and 54 patients in the control group were treated with fractional CO_(2) laser.The clinical effificacy,acne scar weight score(ECCA),scar area and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no signifificant difference in ECCA score and scar area between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(86.54%)was higher than that of the control group(68.52%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The ECCA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The scar area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(7.69%)was lower than that of the control group(20.07%),the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Fractional CO_(2) laser combined with halometasone cream is effective and safe in the sequential treatment of AAS.
