强脉冲光联合氨甲环酸水光注射治疗黄褐斑的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨黄褐斑患者采用强脉冲光(IPL)联合氨甲环酸水光注射治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年7月至22002244年1月福清市皮肤病防治院收治的黄褐斑患者共计60例,根据治疗方法的不同分成研究组和对照组,每组30例。对照组患者采用IPL治疗,研究组患者采用IPL联合氨甲环酸水光注射治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、黄褐斑严重程度、不良反应、复发率等指标。结果治疗后,研究组患者临床治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的黄褐斑面积和严重指数(MASI)评分均较治疗前下降,研究组患者治疗后评分优于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月,研究组患者的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄褐斑患者采用氨甲环酸水光注射联合IPL治疗能够提高治疗效果,减轻黄褐斑严重程度,降低复发率,具有较高安全性。Objective To explore the clinical effect of tranexamic acid water light injection and intense pulsed light(IPL)treatment on patients with melasma.Methods A total of 60 patients with melasma admitted to Fuqing Skin Disease Prevention and Treatment Hospital from July 2022 to January 2024,and divide them into a study group and a control group according to different treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group The clinical effificacy,severity of melasma,adverse reactions,and recurrence rate in both groups were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical treatment effectiveness rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The area and severity index(MASI)scores of melasma in both groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment.The post-treatment scores of the study group were statistically signifificant compared to the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically signifificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);After a 6-month follow-up,the recurrence rate of patients in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant.(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of IPL and tranexamic acid water light injection treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,reduce the severity of melasma and recurrence rate,and has high security.
