摘　　要：目的探讨环钻切除术联合浅层X线放射治疗在胸部多发性瘢痕疙瘩中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2023年4月济南现代皮肤病医院整形外科收治的80例胸部多发性瘢痕疙瘩患者临床资料。根据治疗方式不同分为两组,对照组和试验组各40人。对照组接受环钻切除术治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上接受浅层X线放射治疗。两组患者治疗完成后均随访1年。比较两组患者治疗有效率、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分、不良反应发生情况以及治疗满意度。结果治疗1年后,试验组治疗有效率和SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率高于对照组,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组治疗满意度高于对照组,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论环钻切除术联合浅层X线放射治疗在胸部多发性瘢痕疙瘩中的应用效果较好,能够显著提高治疗有效率和生活质量,具有一定的安全性,且满意度更高。Objective To explore the application effect of ring drilling resection combined with shallow X-ray radiation therapy in the treatment of multiple scars in the chest.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients with multiple thoracic keloids admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery at Jinan Modern Dermatology Hospital from April 2020 to April 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into two groups,with 40 people in the control group and 40 people in the experimental group.The control group received ring drilling resection surgery,while the experimental group received superfificial X-ray radiation therapy on the basis of the control group.Both groups of patients were followed up for 1 year after completion of treatment.Compare the treatment effificacy,SF-36 score,incidence of adverse reactions,and treatment satisfaction between two groups of patients.Results After a year of treatment,the experimental group demonstrated a higher effective rate and SF-36 scores compared to the control group,with the difference being statistically signifificant(P<0.05).In terms of the incidence of adverse reactions,the experimental group had a higher rate than the control group,yet there was no signifificant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Regarding treatment satisfaction,the experimental group's level was higher than that of the control group,and no signifificant statistical difference was observed between them(P>0.05).Conclusions The combination of ring drilling resection and shallow X-ray radiation therapy has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of multiple scars in the chest,signifificantly improving the treatment effificacy and quality of life.It has a certain degree of safety and higher satisfaction.
