精细化护理在口腔颌面肿瘤皮瓣修复术后的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理在口腔颌面肿瘤皮瓣修复术后的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2024年6月南阳市第一人民医院收治的口腔颌面肿瘤切除术后皮瓣修复术的患者60例,均接受精细化护理干预,观察其临床恢复效果。结果干预后患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分较干预前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后患者皮瓣温度、颜色、毛细血管充盈度及疼痛评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后有2例患者出现轻微血肿情况,无其他并发症发生。患者的护理满意度为91.67%(55/60)。结论精细化护理在口腔颌面肿瘤皮瓣修复术后应用可有效改善患者心理状态及皮瓣情况,减少并发症,且患者满意度高。Objective To explore and analyze the application value of refined nursing in the postoperative repair of oral and maxillofacial tumor skin flflaps.Methods From January 2021 to June 2024,60 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors who underwent skin flap repair surgery were selected from our hospital.All patients received refined nursing interventions and their intervention effects were observed.Results The scores of self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and self rating Depression Scale(SDS)of patients after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The skin flflap temperature,color,capillary fifilling degree and pain score of patients after intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).After the intervention,2 patients had mild hematoma,and no other complications occurred.The nursing satisfaction of patients was 91.67%(55/60).Conclusions Fine nursing can effectively improve the psychological state and flflap condition of patients after oral and maxillofacial tumor flflap repair surgery,reduce complications,and achieve high patient satisfaction.
