摘　　要：病理性瘢痕常引起患者局部瘙痒和疼痛,且复发率高,其治疗方法的研究是目前医学界的一大焦点。众所周知,AA型肉毒毒素作为一类典型的毒性蛋白质,在减少瘢痕疙瘩的增生及预防其复发方面展现出独特的优势。近年来,将A型肉毒毒素作为基础药物,与其他治疗手段包括药物治疗、手术、系列物理技术进行联合,发展起来的基于A型肉毒毒素的联合疗法在病理性瘢痕的治疗领域得到了广泛的关注和研究。已经初步取得的显著成果预示着该方法在病理性瘢痕的治疗方面具有极大的潜在价值。因而,本论文对目前国内外在A型肉毒毒素素与药物、手术治疗以及其他物理治疗手段联合治疗病理性瘢痕上进行了总结与简要综述。Pathological scar often causes local pruritus and pain in patients within high recurrence rate,so,the study of its treatment is a major focus in the medical fifield.It is well known that the botulinum toxin type A,as a typical toxic protein,has shown unique advantages in reducing the proliferation of keloid and preventing its recurrence.Therefore,in recent years,a combination therapy that combine other therapeutic means including drug therapy,surgery and A series of physical techniques with botulinum toxin type A as the basic drug,has received extensive attention and research in the treatment of pathological scars.The preliminary remarkable results indicate that this method has great potential value in the treatment of pathological scars.Thus,this paper summarizes and brieflfly reviews the current domestic and foreign treatment of pathological scars by the combined therapy between botulinum toxin type A and drugs,surgery and other physical therapy.
