摘  要:毛发相关疾病已成为全球范围内常见的健康问题之一,不仅影响患者的外貌和心理健康,还带来社会和经济负担。但常见的治疗都有其局限性。随着对毛发生长机制的深入了解,细胞疗法和毛囊组织工程技术逐渐成为解决毛发脱落和再生的有效手段。特别是生物材料与细胞疗法的结合为脱发治疗提供了新的思路。通过使用微针、水凝胶、纳米纤维支架等生物材料载体,结合干细胞、毛囊再生因子等,促进毛囊的增殖与再生。此外,通过优化生物材料的设计,不仅可以增强细胞的存活率和功能保持,还能更好地实现透皮递送与定向诱导,为患者提供更加个性化、精准的治疗方案。尽管这些新兴疗法展示了治疗脱发的潜力,但仍面临着细胞存活率、治疗效果稳定性以及临床转化等挑战。使用生物材料治疗毛发相关疾病的研究进展旨在总结近年来使用生物材料治疗毛发相关疾病的研究进展,探讨当前面临的挑战,并展望未来的临床应用前景。Hair-related diseases have become one of the most common global health issues,affecting not only the appearance and mental health of patients but also imposing social and economic burdens.However,common treatments all have their limitations.With the deepening understanding of the mechanisms of hair growth,cell therapy and hair follicle tissue engineering have gradually become effective methods for addressing hair loss and regeneration.In particular,the combination of biomaterials and cell therapy has provided new approaches for the treatment of hair loss.By utilizing biomaterial carriers such as microneedles,hydrogels,and nanofifiber scaffolds,in conjunction with stem cells and hair follicle regeneration factors,the proliferation and regeneration of hair follicles can be promoted.Furthermore,by optimizing the design of biomaterials,not only can the survival rate and functional maintenance of cells be enhanced,but transdermal delivery and directed induction can also be better achieved,providing more personalized and precise treatment options for patients.Although these emerging therapies show potential for treating hair loss,challenges remain in terms of cell survival rates,stability of treatment effects,and clinical translation.The research progress in using biomaterials for the treatment of hair-related diseases aims to summarize recent advancements,discuss the current challenges,and explore future clinical applications.
