摘 要:针对环路判断常出现在医疗诊断过程中这一情况,提出了一种适用于“初诊-确诊”的循证医疗诊断流程的多阈值带环路模糊Petri网(multi-threshold fuzzy petri net with loop,MTFPNL)模型。MTFPNL的主要设计思路如下:首先在初诊阶段依据医生检查数据用多阈值变迁进行判断,进而选择下一步诊疗步骤;其次,在无法通过已有数据确诊疾病结果时采用环路结构进行多次辅助医疗诊断,强化模型对确诊结果的选择;最后结合提出的扩展理论和推理算法让模型能够进行自动化推理,完成循证医疗诊断流程。为了验证提出模型的可行性,以颈椎疾病诊断过程为例建立了相应的MTFPNL模型并采用多组颈椎疾病数据对模型能够正确处理相应情况进行验证评估。实验结果表明,该模型能够有效描述“初诊-确诊”的循证医疗诊断过程并执行诊断,将FPN的研究领域从无环FPN拓展到带环路FPN并扩大了FPN的应用领域。To settle the loop judgement issue of the medical diagnosis process,a multi-threshold fuzzy Petri net with loop(MTFPNL)is proposed to simulate the evidence-based medical diagnosis process of“initial diagnosis-confirmation”.The utilized mechanisms of MTFPNL could be classified into the following aspects.Firstly,a novel multi-threshold transition is presented to make a judgement based on the doctors′examination data at the initial stage and to select the next step in the diagnosis process.Then,a loop structure is employed to conduct the multiple assisted medical diagnosis when the diagnosis cannot be confirmed by existing data and to strengthen the model′s selection of the diagnosis.Finally,an inference algorithm based on the presented MTFPNL is discussed to perform the evidence-based medical diagnosis process automatically.To further verify the feasibility of the proposed model,a set of cervical spine disease data is utilized to validate the model′s ability.The experimental results reveal that the MTFPNL can effectively describe and execute the evidence-based medical diagnosis process of“initial-confirmed”.Meanwhile,this formalism also expands the application domain of FPN from acyclic FPN to looped FPN.
