摘 要:现代蒸汽发电厂在低负荷运行条件下,即所谓的风损工况下,研究人员对LP汽轮机进行了流场测量,并使用了气动探针在汽轮机的最后阶段和扩散器中进行数据采集。利用了稳态三维计算流体动力学(CFD)软件ANSYS CFX对整个汽轮机的流场进行了模拟计算。通过比较模拟结果和实际测量结果,利用这些数值和实验结果对汽轮机内部的复杂涡流现象进行了深入分析。通过结合实验和数值模拟的方法,可以有效地理解和预测汽轮机在极端低负荷条件下的流场特性和性能表现。这对于确保汽轮机在风损工况下的安全运行具有重要意义。In modern steam power plants,under low-load operation conditions,also known as windage conditions,the operation of the low-pressure(LP)steam turbine is affected.In such conditions,the flow rate of the turbine decreases,and may even drop to zero,leading to a very complex and unstable flow field,which may cause aerodynamic excitation and damage to the equipment.Researchers conducted flow field measurements on the LP turbine,using aerodynamic probes to collect data in the final stage and diffuser of the turbine.They also used the steady-state three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software ANSYS CFX to simulate the flow field of the entire turbine.By comparing the simulation results with the actual measurement results,researchers found that the two matched very well.Finally,using these numerical and experimental results,an in-depth analysis of the complex vortex phenomena inside the turbine was conducted.This demonstrates that by combining experimental and numerical simulation methods,it is possible to effectively understand and predict the flow field characteristics and performance of the turbine under extreme low-load conditions.This is of great significance for ensuring the safe operation of the turbine under windage conditions.
