摘 要:本文主要围绕某款发动机开发过程中,在发动机机油冷却器-缸体结合面处出现漏油现象,通过机油冷却器漏油处的结构、受力等分析排查找出了本次机油冷却器漏油原因,提出了相应的改进措施,消除了机油冷却器漏油故障,并制定了后续开发阶段机油冷却器密封性的评估标准,发动机初期开发验证阶段,可以通过面压仿真及样件面压检证及早发现和规避漏油问题。能够为该领域相关技术人员对机油冷却器密封性的深入研究提供一定依据。This paper mainly focuses on the oil leakage phenomenon at the engine oil cooler-cylinder block junction surface during the development process of an engine.Through the analysis and investigation of the structure and force at the oil leakage place of the oil cooler,the oil leakage mechanism of the oil cooler is found out,and the corresponding improvement measures are proposed to eliminate the oil leakage fault of the oil cooler.At the initial stage of engine development and verification,oil leakage can be detected and avoided early through surface pressure simulation and sample surface pressure verification.It can provide a basis for the in-depth study of oil cooler sealing by relevant technicians in this field.
