摘 要:本文将某乘用车的三元催化器作为研究目标,利用HyperMesh有限元分析软件对三元催化器模型进行有限元分析,通过对三元催化器的模态分析,得到了三元催化器的固有频率。为了使三元催化器的固有频率能够避开发动机的激励频率,对三元催化器的模型结构进行了优化设计,提升三元催化器的固有频率。最后,对优化后的三元催化器模型重新进行有限元分析,结果表明满足其模态要求,优化后的模型其固有频率避开了发动机的激励频率。In this paper,the three-way catalytic converter of a passenger car is taken as the research goal,and the finite element analysis of the three-way catalytic converter model is carried out by using HyperMesh finite element analysis software,and the natural frequency of the three-way catalytic converter is obtained through the modal analysis of the three-way catalytic converter.In order to make the natural frequency of the three-way catalytic converter avoid the excitation frequency of the engine,the model structure of the three-way catalytic converter was optimized to improve the natural frequency of the three-way catalytic converter.Finally,the finite element analysis of the optimized three-way catalytic converter model is re-performed,and the results show that the natural frequency of the optimized model avoids the excitation frequency of the engine to meet its modal requirements.
