摘  要:连杆在工业生产中至关重要,本研究设计了连杆的机械加工工艺及滑靴面专用夹具。通过优化刀具选择与热处理工艺,确保了加工技术达标与强度硬度的提升,针对滑靴面的精度要求,设计了夹具结构、公差、定位夹紧与安装方式,并利用过程建模直观展示滑靴面加工的全过程,为连杆的高效生产提供技术支持。Connecting rods play a pivotal role in industrial production.This study is dedicated to designing the machining process for connecting rods and a specialized fixture for the sliding shoe surface.By optimizing the selection of cutting tools and heat treatment processes,we have ensured that the machining technology meets the standards while enhancing the strength and hardness of the components.In response to the stringent precision requirements of the sliding shoe surface,we have devised a fixture design that encompasses its structural configuration,tolerance specifications,positioning and clamping mechanisms,as well as installation methods.Furthermore,we have leveraged process modeling to visually illustrate the entire manufacturing process of the sliding shoe surface,thereby providing technical support for the efficient production of connecting rods.
