摘  要:对于常见的“轮毂-轮辐-轮缘”结构的齿轮模锻件,随着轮毂-轮缘高度差增大,轮毂填充难度就会增大。以轮缘和轮毂同时充满为目标,如何设计合理的预成形成为一个关键要点。通过变换轮毂-轮缘之间的高度差,讨论了平砧镦粗和成形镦粗两种预成形方案。针对一种典型的某型号齿轮锻件,借助于有限元数值模拟软件进行了数值模拟研究,找出了两种预成形方案坯料填充轮毂与轮缘型腔的规律。For the common gear die forging of“hub-spoke-rim”structure,the difficulty of filling the hub will increase with the increase of the height difference between the hub and rim.Aim to fill the rim and hub at the same time,how to design reasonable per-forming becomes a key point.Two per-forming schemes of flat anvil upsetting and forming upsetting are discussed by changing the height difference between wheel hub and rim.With the help of software,a numerical simulation test was carried out for a typical type of gear forging,and the rule of filling hub and rim cavity with blank in two per-forming schemes was found out.
