摘 要:车轮装饰罩在新能源车型中应用越来越多,为低风阻、高续航、低成本提供有效解决方案。由于装饰罩易产生脱落、异响等路试或市场问题,论文列举了多项常见问题点,利用鱼骨图等排查方法给出了原因分析和解决方案。通过对行业内车型设计方案调查和对比分析,提出了装饰罩卡爪设计结构尺寸方案,卡簧设计结构,材料应用说明,对关联件的设计提出公差要求以及增加极限件验证的路试和装配设计,以此来降低零部件的路试和市场问题风险,为装饰罩的前期设计提供了有利的参考意义。The application of wheel covers in new energy vehicle models is increasingly common,efficient methods to cut down on wind resistance,improve endurance range and save costs.Due to wheel trim cover prone to issue such as detachment and abnormal noises during road tests or in the market,the article identifies a number of typical trouble spots and uses techniques like fishbone diagrams to conduct root cause analysis and suggest fixes.The article offers requirements for design and structure of clips,a material application explanation,and dimensional plans for the claw design structure of the wheel covers through syrveys and comparative assessments of design schemes across the industry.It provides road testing and assembly designs that incorporate validation under harsh conditions,as well as tolerance criteria for revelent components.By reducing the risks associated with road testing and component market concerns,information for the early stages of wheel cover design.
