摘  要:本文针对某公司4B28TC型柴油机进气门异常断裂的情况,借助扫描电镜、金相显微镜、直读光谱仪、能谱仪以及硬度计等仪器,进行了气门失效分析,系统研究了气门原材料、加工过程、热处理工艺等因素对气门失效的影响。结果表明,导致4B28TC型柴油机进气门异常断裂的主要原因是气门盘部堆焊层堆焊工艺缺陷。在此基础上,本文提出了材料选用、工艺改进和加工质量控制等方面的措施和建议。Referring to intake valve fracture of 4B28TC diesel engines developed by A company.,this article carries out failure analysis with the help of various testing apparatus,such as,SEM,metallurgical microscope and hardness tester;and systematically studies factors attributing to the intake valve failure,such as raw materials of valve,manufacturing process and heat treatment,etc.The results show that main reason causing intake valve failure of 4B28TC diesel engine is the deficiency of overlaying welding process of the valve retainer,On this basis,the article sets forth proposals for process improvement and control of process quality.
