摘 要:轨道交通装备运用工况相对复杂,作为走行部关键部件,轴承的可靠性直接影响列车运行安全,在轴承故障中保持架故障较为常见,轴承运转过程中,轴承保持架受滚动体、套圈、润滑油脂及外界因素影响,其运动状态相对复杂,目前针对铁路轴承保持架的计算和校核分析还未形成标准方法,对其计算及校核方法的总结研究对于铁路轴承可靠性设计提升具有指导性意义。The operating conditions of rail transit equipment are relatively complex.As a key component of the running gear,the reliability of bearings directly affects the safety of train operation.Retaining frame failures are common in bearing failures.During bearing operation,the bearing retaining frame is affected by rolling elements,rings,lubricating grease,and external factors,and its motion state is relatively complex.Currently,there is no standard method for the calculation and verification analysis of railway bearing retaining frames.The summary and research of its calculation and verification methods have guiding significance for improving the reliability design of railway bearings.
