摘 要:现有的商用汽车座椅舒适性振动测试方法难以满足实际的需要。提出了汽车座椅舒适性振动测试的主要判识指标。介绍了实现测试所需的主要设备,如高精度传感器、多通道数据采集系统、振动台或道路模拟系统以及频谱分析仪等。描述了优化后的测试过程,从测试前准备、测点选择与布置、测试工况设定与数据采集,到数据预处理、频谱分析、振动特性评估,直至测试报告撰写与结果反馈,形成一个完整的测试流程,对于提升商用汽车座椅设计水平、增强乘客乘坐体验具有重要意义。The existing vibration testing methods for the comfort of commercial vehicle seats are difficult to meet practical needs.The main identification indicators for car seat comfort vibration testing have been proposed.Introduced the main equipment required for testing,such as high-precision sensors,multi-channel data acquisition systems,vibration tables or road simulation systems,and spectrum analyzers.Described the optimized testing process,from pre testing preparation,selection and arrangement of testing points,testing condition setting and data acquisition,to data preprocessing,spectrum analysis,vibration characteristic evaluation,to test report writing and result feedback,forming a complete testing process,which is of great significance for improving the design level of commercial vehicle seats and enhancing passenger riding experience.
