摘  要:本文介绍了DF10DD型内燃电传机车电空接触器的结构特点及工作原理,主要分析了电空接触器主触头烧损的原因,并提出相应的改进措施。原因主要包括电流过大、接触不良、气缸与活塞的密封等。针对这些问题,建议优化电路设计、选用更耐久的材料、改善接触性能来提高主触头的寿命。结合电空接触器应用在DF10DD型内燃机车牵引主电路上的特点,重点分析了主触头烧损的电气原因,提出了牵引电空接触器主触头不带电分断的改进措施。通过这些措施,可以有效减少电空接触器主触头烧损,提高机车的安全性和可靠性。This article introduces the structural characteristics and working principle of the electric air contactor of DF10DD internal combustion electric locomotive.It mainly analyzes the reasons for the main contact burnout of the electric air contactor and proposes corresponding improvement measures.The main reasons include excessive current,poor contact,and sealing between the cylinder and piston.In response to these issues,we suggest optimizing circuit design,selecting more durable materials,and improving contact performance to increase the lifespan of the main contacts.Based on the characteristics of the application of electric air contactors in the traction main circuit of DF10DD diesel locomotives,this paper focuses on analyzing the electrical reasons for the burning of the main contacts and proposes improvement measures for the non electrified breaking of the main contacts of the traction electric air contactors.Through these measures,the main contact burnout of the electric air contactor can be effectively reduced,improving the safety and reliability of the locomotive.
