摘  要:永磁同步牵引电机较异步电机具有损耗低、效率高、启动特性好、加速性能强、噪声低等显著优势,已经在许多地铁线路进行了批量应用,研究其绝缘故障对牵引系统、地铁车辆及运营的影响具有非常重要的指导意义,本文介绍了轨道交通领域永磁电机牵引系统接地短路、相间短路,对这些故障模式进行研究,掌握故障产生机理,分析其对车辆的影响,并从设计、制造、运营等方面提出针对性的解决措施。Permanent magnet synchronous traction motors have significant advantages over asynchronous motors,such as low losses,high efficiency,good starting characteristics,strong acceleration performance,and low noise.They have been widely used in many subway lines.Studying the impact of insulation faults on traction systems,subway vehicles,and operations is of great guiding significance.This article introduces the grounding short circuit and phase to phase short circuit of permanent magnet motor traction systems in the field of rail transit,studies these fault modes,grasps the mechanism of fault generation,analyzes their impact on vehicles,and proposes targeted solutions from the aspects of design,manufacturing,and operation.
