摘  要:本文主要分析了某电动车型空调不凉的故障,故障发生时车辆公里数为742 km,引起客户的极大抱怨。故障车回售后中心检查,经硬件排查,确定压缩机总成失效,将该故障压缩机进行拆解分析,确定故障原因为压缩机控制器内元器件损坏烧蚀,导致压缩机无法工作,致使空调不凉。为客户更换新的压缩机后解决了空调不凉的问题,更进一步肯定了该故障的根本原因为压缩机损坏。压缩机为汽车空调系统的核心零件,对该故障压缩机的分析可给与售后维修指导方向,积累经验,亦给供应商开发与设计工作进一步思考,如何在开发与设计工作中避免该问题再一次出现。This article mainly analyzes the malfunction of a certain electric vehicle type air conditioner that is not cool.When the malfunction occurred,the vehicle mileage was 742 km,causing great complaints from customers.The faulty vehicle was returned to the after-sales center for inspection.After hardware troubleshooting,it was determined that the compressor assembly was malfunctioning.The faulty compressor was disassembled and analyzed,and it was determined that the cause of the fault was damage and erosion of the components in the compressor controller,which caused the compressor to not work and caused the air conditioning to not cool down.After replacing the customer with a new compressor,the issue of the air conditioning not being cool was resolved,further confirming that the root cause of the fault was compressor damage.The compressor is the core component of the automotive air conditioning system.Analyzing the faulty compressor can provide guidance for after-sales maintenance,accumulate experience,and provide further consideration for supplier development and design work.How to avoid this problem from happening again in development and design work can also be helpful.
