摘  要:搅拌摩擦焊(Friction Stir Welding,简称FSW)是摩擦焊方法的新发展,是一种新型固相焊接技术。焊接热影响区组织范围小,焊接过程无污染、无烟尘、无辐射,并且节能、高效,现已在航空航天、交通、国防及通讯等领域广泛应用。搅拌摩擦焊接技术在汽车车身制造、发动机制造、悬挂系统制造能满足高强度、高刚度,并在汽车运行的安全性、不同材料连接的广泛性都有很好的应用。Mixing friction welding(Friction Stir Welding for short FSW)is a new development of friction welding method,is a new solid phase welding technology.The welding heat influence area is small,the welding process is pollution-free,no smoke,no radiation,and energy saving,efficient,and has been widely used in aerospace,transportation,national defense and communication and other fields.Mixing friction welding technology in automobile body manufacturing,engine manufacturing,suspension system manufacturing can meet the high strength,high stiffness,and in the safety of automobile operation and the wide connection of different materials.
