摘 要:随着海拔的升高,空气密度减少,大气压力降低,直升机的发动机功率和旋翼效率会随之下降,整机性能较平原地区会有一定幅度的衰减。又因高原复杂多变的气候情况,奇特多样的地形地貌等不确定因素较多,高原直升机存在较大的试飞安全风险。本文以直升机高原试飞为例通过安全风险管理活动进行风险识别和风险管理,识别出关重危险源并制定缓解措施,为后续高原试飞安全管理提供参考和借鉴。With the increase of altitude,air density decreases,atmospheric pressure decreases,and the engine power and rotor efficiency of helicopters will also decrease.The overall performance of the helicopter will have a certain degree of attenuation compared to plain areas.Due to the complex and variable climate conditions,unique and diverse terrain,and other uncertain factors on the plateau,there are significant safety risks for high-altitude helicopters during flight tests.This article takes the helicopter high-altitude test flight as an example to identify and manage risks through safety risk management activities,identify major hazards,and develop mitigation measures,providing reference and reference for subsequent high-altitude test flight safety management.
