摘　　要：相对于复合板式与瓦楞板式干货厢,侧帘厢式半挂车因其侧面帘布自重轻、叉车可侧向装卸货物等优点,在欧美地区应用日益广泛[1]。根据客户反馈统计数据,侧帘车在帘布收紧搭扣、侧滑柱、侧挡杆等方面问题较为集中,尤其是进行手动操作比较费时费力,基于上述问题,本文设计了一种侧帘集成化电动控制解决方案用于解决客户较为关注的问题,为行业运输人员和制造厂家提供优化参考建议。Compared with composite panel and corrugated dry cargo compartments,side curtain van semi-trailers are increasingly widely used in Europe because of their advantages such as light weight of side curtain and lateral loading and unloading of goods.According to the customer's feedback,the current side curtain car in the cord tightening buckle,side sliding column,side stop lever and other aspects of manual operation is more time-consuming and laborious,this paper according to the above problems,designed a side curtain integrated electric control solution to solve the problem that customers are more concerned about,for the industry transport personnel to provide optimization reference suggestions.
